I had the pleasure of working with Abir as my mentor for the enpact EEI program from March to July 2021. During this mentorship program, Abir was instrumental in helping us figure out our business problems and eventually create workable solutions. He provided us with relevant methods and tools to clarify our core problems and then used a custom-tailored vision clarity exercise to help us envision a clear future for our company. He then guided us through a business model innovation exercise that led us to redefine our business strategy. In addition, he also actively supported us with developing a funding strategy for the company.  At the end of the mentorship program, we came up with a concrete action plan to improve our business process, and we managed to improve our sales by 30% after just 1 month implementing the plan! 

We cannot thank Abir enough for the difference that he has made not only to our business but also to everyone in the team. He has been an excellent mentor and friend.
